Preparation time: 1 hr and 30 min
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.Melt almond butter, honey and coconut oil over medium-low heat.
2. Remove from heat and add oats, shredded coconut, cacao powder and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
3. Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and pop into the fridge for an hour.
4. Cut into squares and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
