Chili-garlic glazed salmon
Preparation time: 25 min
3 tablespoons chili sauce with garlic
3 medium green onions, finely chopped (3 tablespoons)
4 1/2 teaspoons low-sugar orange marmalade
3/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1. Set oven control to broil. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir chili sauce, onions, marmalade and soy sauce.
2. Place salmon, skin side down, on cookie sheet. Brush with half of the chili sauce mixture. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat 5 minutes. Brush with remaining chili sauce mixture. Broil 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
