Apple Rose Puff Pastry

With just a few ingredients, you can make this delicious and eye-appealing Apple Rose Puff Pastry recipe.
- 3 red organic apples
- one lemon
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 3-4 tablespoons of apricot preserve
- powder sugar (optional - for decorating)
1.Cut the apples in half, remove the ends and core them. Slice the apples very thinly from top to bottom.
2.Fill a medium sized bowl half full of water and squeeze the lemon juice into the water. Place the sliced apples in the water and microwave for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender (depend on your microwave).
3.The previously thawed pastries place flat on a floured surface and cut each pastry into 6 equal slices.One by one, spoon apricot preserve mixture onto the slices of pastry.
4. Place 7-9 apple slices along one half of the pastry slice with the peel side facing out. Fold the other half of the pastry slice to cover the apples, and start rolling it. Once is rolled, place in a muffin tin. Do the same with the other 11 pieces of pastries. Bake at 375° Fahrenheit (190°C) for 40-45 minutes.
