High protein intake of dairy fat will stimulate burning of calories and fat in the body.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cucumber
  • celery (1 stalk)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 5.74oz(170ml) low-fat yogurt
  • water ice cubes optional

Directions

 

Blend well all ingredients until you get a thick and creamy green mixture.
