Lasagna with Cheese

Ingredients

  • Pastry - ready for lasagna
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp full
  • Eggs - 3
  • Cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • Melted cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • Cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • Tomatoes - 2, optional
  • Black pepper
  • Curry - 1 tsp
  • Basil - 1 tsp

Directions

 

1.Boil the lasagna pastry in boiling water with some salt and fat. Heat oil in a pan, fry flour in it and gradually dilute the milk, stirring constantly. In the resulting bechamel sauce, add crumbled feta cheese and sliced processed cheese. Season with curry, salt and pepper to taste.

2.Allow the sauce to cool a little and mix with beaten eggs, being careful not to curdle. Grease a small pan and pour some of the sauce in. Arrange some sheets on it, top it with sauce, sprinkle it with grated cheese, if desired- distribute some tomato slices and the sheet again.

3.Repeat until you run out of products and finally pour the sauce over. Sprinkle with basil and a little melted butter or olive oil, sprinkled with a little curry and put it to bake in the preheated oven for half an hour.

4.Shortly before removing, sprinkle the lasagna with cheese, bake finished and remove it from the oven.
