Sausage and Cheese Bake

Ingredients

Sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g) fresh

Butter - 1/3 cup (75 g)

Cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

Flour - 3 tbsp

Milk - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)

Eggs - 2

Salt

Parsley

Directions

 

1.The sausages, salami, ham, etc. are peeled, cut into small cubes, fried in half the butter and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. Combine flour with some of the cold milk and then pour the remaining milk in. Add the beaten eggs and salt.

2.The resulting mixture is heated to a boil, while stirring continuously. Half of the resulting mixture is poured into a baking dish and baked. Arrange fried sausages on top and cover with the rest of the mix.

3.Sprinkle the grated cheese. Put the dish in the oven again, until the cheese is browned. Serve immediately with a salad of your choice.
