Roasted Chicken with Eggs
Preparation time: 1 hr and 15 min
Chicken - 1, small
Eggs - 2
Cream - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
Curry - slightly less than 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Onion - 1 head
Flour - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - slightly less than 1 tsp
1.Cut the chicken in 2 halves, salt well and roll them in the flour. Arrange them in a glass cook pot.
2.Grate the onion very finely on a grater, add the whipped eggs, cream, salt, black pepper, curry and oil at the end.
3.Pour the resulting mixture over the meat, cover it and roast in a moderate oven.
4.Before removing from the oven, take the lid off and roast another 15 min.
