Potato Bake with Peppers and Feta

Peppers - 7 oz (200 g)
Eggs - 4
Potatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
Feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
Butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)
1.Peel the potatoes, cut them into round slices and fry them in part of the butter.
2.Clean the peppers and grind them, then fry them in the butter. Add the beaten eggs, salt and stir.
3.Add the resulting blend to the potatoes. Chop the feta cheese and arrange it on top of the mixture.
4.Sprinkle with spearmint, pour on the rest of the butter and bake in a moderate oven.
