Meatballs with cheese and garlic
Preparation time: 25 min
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. fine ground sea salt
Dash of white pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
2.Remove, using 3/4 scoop, scoop then role into small spheres.
3.Place on lightly sprayed baking pan and bake 375 degrees for approx. 10 min. until done.
