Beef and vegetables with gravy

1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic-pepper seasoning
1 package (1 lb) frozen potatoes, carrots, celery and onions
1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
1. Cut beef into thin strips. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil and garlic-pepper seasoning over medium high heat. Add beef; cook about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.
2. Stir in frozen vegetables and gravy; reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
