Cottage Cheese and Leeks

2 cups chopped fried leeks

1 tablespoon butter

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 lb. dry cottage cheese



1.Chop 2 cups leeks and remove stems; simmer in butter covered in frying pan; add salt and remove from burner.

2.Cool slightly and add cottage cheese and eggs; stir well. Cool before using.
