Cucumber-Yogurt Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients

2 cucumbers (about 12 cm each)

500 gr. plain milk yogurt

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon vinegar

3 cloves garlic, minced

50 gr. ground walnuts

10-20 gr. oil

Parsley

Directions

 

1.Wash and peel the cucumbers. Chop thinly. Put into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Put yogurt, vinegar and garlic in the mixing bowl. Mix well.

2.Add oil and walnuts. Place mixture in deep serving bowl. Garnish with parsley. Serve cold.
