How to choose a juicy lemon?

When you take a lemon in your hand, it should be firm and heavy according to its size. The crust should be a light yellow, with no green spots.

 

Most juicy lemons have a thin crust. As a rule, lemons with thick crust have less juice. Lemons with a smooth surface usually have a thin crust and are juicy. Skip lemons with exceptionally relief surface.
